After practicing personal injury, workers compensation and real estate law for over 50 years, Dan passed away on March 5, 2020. A good lawyer, great family man and a better person who brought a smile to all he dealt with.
Born to second-generation Croatian immigrants, Dan was raised in Chicago, Illinois. After attending DePaul Law School, he started the law firm of Arnold and Kadjan in 1962. Over the next fifty plus years, Dan worked tirelessly for the rights of his clients. He was a beloved member of the bar, and respected by clients, co-workers and opposing counsel alike.
He possessed an encyclopedic knowledge of the law breaking down complex and problematic personal injury cases in a flash so everyone could understand them. He had million dollar verdicts and settlements and cases before the Illinois Supreme Court which he won. His career was an unqualified success.
