At Arnold and Kadjan,LLP, we help build an effective workforce.

We draft, review and resolve disputes arising from individual contracts covering employees, executives, salespersons, independent contractors and other service providers. We also help employees with troubling issues – such as covenants not to compete, protecting confidential information, employee compensation – usually contained in such contracts. They may limit their rights to future employment.

The most important is the concept upon which our firm was founded: working with our clients to aid their decisions as they arise, rather than in the aftermath. We believe that helping people prevent problems is far more cost effective than trying to fix the problem after the fact. Our goal is to always have an attorney available to answer our clients’ questions before the decisions have to be made about committing to a demand to sign the contract.
